How does the Loyalty Program work?
The rules are simple and can be summed up in three easy steps:
1. Buy products included in the program
Sale products – every 1 EUR (net) = 3 points
Forcell brand products* – every 1 EUR (net) = 1 point
2. Collect points
You earn points throughout the program period, up to December 31, 2025.
Points not redeemed in a given month automatically carry over to the next month.
You can check your current points balance anytime with your account manager.
3. Redeem your points for rewards
Once a month, you can exchange your points for a selected reward or several, depending on your total points and achieved threshold.
Note: After redeeming your reward, your point balance is reset to zero — regardless of the number of remaining points.
